DIGITALISM’s follow up LP to their hugely successful 2007 debut IDEALISM is set to drop today (Monday 20th June 2011) through V2 RECORDS (founded by Sir Richard Branson). In true internet age form the album titled I LOVE YOU DUDE was leaked a while back and has made its way into every nook and crannie of the EDM blogosphere so perhaps I’m a little late on this one, but I prefer to think of it as a gesture of kindness and patience to wait for the official release date.

The guys were recently announced as one of the headline acts for PARKLIFE 2011. The last time the pair were out here they brought in 2010 with a band at HARBOURLIFE.
Here’s a track co-written by THE STROKES front man JULIAN CASABLANCAS called FORREST GUMP. Casablancas collaborated with the guys through email. JENS MOELLE has said the song is about “Constantly keeping on moving otherwise you’ll be in some sort of psychic peril.” Run Forrest Run!
