Go see some live music on a Thursday, everybody knows you’re worthless at work on a Friday anyway, so no-one will care if your slightly hung from the night before – your boss probably is too…

Can it get any more fancy free light hearted good times than THE STROKES playing GRATISFACTION live on ELLEN?

D’Gen claims the strokes to be one of her favourite bands yet she called their latest album angels instead of ANGLES… I think that’s ok though, you can’t go ripping on D’Gen for such a minor slip-up.

I wish I could have watched the whole show, I’m sure ELLEN would have been doing her walk-up-the-aisles-to-get-the-audience-involved-and-kill-a-minute-or-two dance routine that she is known and loved for.

I also love Fab’s nonchalant drum style that sees him chewing gum and chatting casually amongst his band mates whilst slipping a few cheeky looks down the lens of the TV camera’s to the swooning women of all ages at home.
